Customer Services - Delivery Options

Delivery times depend on the destination of the order and time of year that it is placed however in most cases they are as follows.

Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, 6 Nations and during the Autumn Tests these times may be extended.

 

UK DELIVERY 5-7 working days* for delivery


All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

STANDARD - This is tracked service; after dispatch of your order you will receive an email from us to notify you of the shipment. You will then receive an email from Royal Mail themselves with a link to the tracking facility. Delivery time for this service is normally 3 days from dispatch (however may be longer depending on local staffing levels and time of year). Postage (within the UK) is charged at a flat rate of £4.99.

*CHANNEL ISLANDS* - please select 'country not listed here' in the 'ship to' menu on the homepage, this will allow you to select your island at checkout. Postage of items ordered to the channel islands are charged in USD at a rate of  $6.50 (roughly equivalent to standard UK postage). If you place your order via the 'united kingdom' option you will be charged VAT and will have to claim this charge back externally.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 7–21 days* for delivery


All orders to countries outside the UK are dispatched via the Royal Mail using their ‘International Tracked & Signed’ service. This service offers full tracking (to most destinations) and requires a signature on delivery. Orders are handled by Royal Mail within the UK and handed over to their international partners in the destination country for local delivery.

Europe: Royal Mail’s delivery times for this service are 7-14 days* from dispatch and postage of all orders to Europe are charged at weight dependent rates starting at €17.99.

Rest of the World: Royal Mail’s delivery times for this service are 7-21 days* from dispatch and postage of all orders outside the EU are charged at weight and destination dependent rates starting at US$26.99/AUD$39.99/¥4044

Customs charges may be applied by the destination country and any/all charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have any control over these charges and are unable to predict what they may be as they differ country to country.

 

PLEASE NOTE: if an address is provided incorrectly at time of order, please let us know via email within 1hr of placing your order. If the error is not communicated and your order is returned to us by the Royal Mail, it will be refunded minus the postage charge.

LOST IN TRANSIT
For items that you suspect may be lost in the post; get in touch via [email protected] however please be aware that we can only investigate lost items with the Royal Mail after 15 working days for UK orders and 30 working days for EU and International orders.
